From an initial review and analysis of your intended project, we determine and then report
• if the design is practical for installation
• if the system designed is correct for the application
• if cost savings or value adding can be made by refining the current design
• if other design philosophies need to be investigated
We complete technical reviews for a large range of builders and developers. Often the scope of the consultation is to see if there are cost savings or some form of value adding that can be applied to other designs involved in the project.
It’s not unusual to look at ways to improve the profitability of the project by checking if the design and construct sub-contractors is providing a system that complies with the brief. We can also do onsite inspections on the systems being installed.
This is often necessary to make sure everything is compliant with relevant installation standards and project design documentation or briefs.
